Our Pastor and First Lady
Pastor Enoch Combs III, leader of New Start Pentecostal Church, answered the call to preach on April 18, 1999, following in the footsteps of his father, the late Elder Enoch Combs. Sr. First Lady Barbara Combs, originally from Albuquerque, NM, is a dynamic speaker, mentor, mother, and grandmother who has served faithfully in ministry for over 40 years.
